Let me tell you my story, be it a long one, its worth telling because the reason why you are reading this section is to find out if you can trust this company and the people in it.

I'm here to say, Yes, you can!

My husband and I own two transport trucks and in 2009, the Atlantic Truck Show was being put on at the Moncton Coliseum. My husband was on the road unable to attend. My friend and I went to the show as he wanted me to find out a few things for him.

While looking around, we met Sylvie, and from there, a flurry of phone calls ensued. I was instantly impressed by her and what she knew and just how easily we could communicate. Sylvie can make anyone feel at ease and its as if you have known her for a lifetime. that is how I felt.

From the beginning, our information looked good in obtaining a mortgage, but we also had a unique set of circumstances which at first, we thought it could be worked with. We soon found out that was not the case. We were approved by the lenders, but not by CMHC.

Rent to own, private sale, business for self were the main factors for our mortgage woes. My husband's self employed status and his stated income from that was low. Note to anyone out there self-employed, bite the bullet, declare a suitable stated income and pay the taxes on it. In the long run it will help you.

There were a few credit blemishes and trust me when I say, if you have some on your credit report, deal with them as best as possible, pay off any deliquent accounts. This will help you with your credit score and looks great to the lenders.

Sylvie and Nancy worked with us for 8 months, 8 long months, but at anytime I could call up and run something by them, discuss avenues in which to explore, and also they were an ear if I was becoming fustrated. How could anyone ask anything more from a mortgage professional?

After all the waiting, the wondering, worrying and wishing, we got our mortgage in March of 2010. Sylvie and Nancy guided us through the rough waters in which we reached a point where we got our mortgage. I honestly don't know how to thank them. They have my business always.

I was so impressed by the whole process in that they were there to help me, that I wanted to help others the same way. So I've been working with Sylvie and Nancy to become a full fledged mortgage professional. They have been teaching me the ins and outs and I'm in the process of signing up potential clients.
